How long will the customer get ticket
We will send the Night Safari e-ticket to your e-mail in 12-24 Hrs after payment confirmed by us.
For Next Day Travel, Please book before 3pm for us to proceed your next day Booking (including Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
For Traveling on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, Kindly book at least 48 hours in Advance
Please avoid last minute purchase.

Terms & Conditions
Ticket is valid for 4 months upon issuance
A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining
whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
Children below 3 years old may enter the WRS Parks for free, subject to WRS’ satisfactory
verification.
A senior is defined as a person at 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining
whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
All TA Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms &
Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
No return, exchange, cancellation and/or cash refund of TA Local Admission Tickets purchased
and/or issued is allowed.
 
Important Information
Identification may be required upon redemption.
The turnstiles will relocate to Night Safari’s entrance and open at 6:30pm daily, a valid admission
ticket is required to enjoy Night Safari’s dining (Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant) and shopping options
when you enter at your booked timeslot.
Night Safari will operate daily from 7.15pm to 12am.
Night safari tram ride arrives every 15 minutes from the entrance and can take up to 60 persons in
each Tram.
Creatures of the Night (Approx. 30 mins) @ Night Safari Amphitheatre 7:30pm, 9:00pm,
10:00pm* (*Fri, Sat & eve of PH only)
Guests MUST NOT leave the amphitheatre while the presentation is going on.
Tourist Guides and Tour Leaders must ensure their guests sit through the whole presentation and
only leave the amphitheater after the presenter announces the presentation has ended. STB
Tourist Guide caught leaving the premises early will be barred from future entry to Night Safari.
Seats for the Creatures of the Night presentation must be reserved through the booking portal 2
hours before each presentation at: https://www.mandai.com/en/book-presentation-seats.html
